I am brand new to smoking, so I know I will be on here looking for a lot of information and I'm sure with a lot of questions. In the next few days I will be getting my dad's old smoker. it's a vertical offset smoker, and if I remember correctly, made from 18 gage steel. He had it built when I was a kid, so I don't remember everything about it exactly. I'm very excited to get started smoking though!!

Glad you joined us brandont, :welcome1: from North Dakota!
Have any pictures of the smoker to share with us?
