Hello from mississippi, I'm brand new to the smoking world, bought a smoke hollow propane smoker and so far I like it, pretty easy to adjust the temp and leave it. smoked some venison snack sticks the other day and was very pleased for my first time smoking! All the advice on here really helped thanks!!!
