Brand new to forum

Hey all brand new to this forum . I'm a licensed auto and truch tech from ontario canada who has a smoking obsession. ..[emoji]128518[/emoji]. Always looking for new recipes and ideas... I use 2 different smokers my first choice is a Bradley, nothing fancy and the second is an offset charbroil. ... again nothing fancy but both do the job quite well.
