It will be shredded and mixed with tomato sauce for lasagna.

Yea what others have said that beef looks tasty.....I would be having some tastes of that and be full before it is shred

Thanks! Other than a lingering nagging cough, she's doing much better.

Finally made the lasagna a few nights ago... homemade mozzarella, asiago & ricotta cheese.
