Bradley quit

The puck burner of my Bradley smoker quit working and not even two weeks old.
I sent Bradley an email about it and after trying what they suggested, it's still pooched. They're sending me a new one because I registered it with their warranty dept.
I still got my barrel cooker so at least I'm not without till the new burner gets here.

good deal.. glad they are doing right ... even without registering they should still warranty it at 2 weeks old ...

They didn't even ask for the receipt.
My teenage son got it for me for Father's Day this year so it means a lot to me.
