I decided not to buy the John McLemore book, and then my wife saw "Smoke and Spice" by Cheryl and Bill Jamison. I looked inside and fell in love. It's the motherlode, the Bible, the cornucopia of smoking recipes and information. It's all there, the meats, the side dishes, the technques, the rubs, the sauces, the history. It's exactly what I was looking for. I hope to cook something from it this weekend--WITH my brand spankin' new AMNPS!.

That is one of my favorite books too. They have some great recipes. Try the Jalopeachy sauce and Willies Wonderful Rub

Will do Scarbelly. What are a few of your other favorite smoker/grilling cookbooks?

Try the beer butt chicken it is to die for, very flavorful and moist. I look at the recipes in mine regularly enjoy
