LOL... Yeppers. Very late. I ended up with 3 x 1.5 gal zip-lock bags stuffed full and a full sized foil turkey roaster pan full of pulled pork. One of my neighbors knocked on kitchen door then walked in while I was pulling it.

She said "What are you bringing for Saturday?" I motioned to the pork I was pulling and she yelled "I knew it! We smelled it cooking all day yesterday and hoped it was for the party"

Now the rest of the neighbors are dropping plans to bring protein and are lining up to do side dishes.

dammit now I'm craving pulled pork.. Wonder how long the smoke will be with 16 inches of snow in the back yard and less than 30 degree OAT temps.

Just a follow up to the party. One lady, who I haven't seen since last year's party said she only came cause she heard that I was doing the pulled pork BBQ again.

I took over 15 pounds of my 30 sm oked, and it was gone in no time. I took over 3 sauces that I made, and they disappeared too. It's been three years now that I've been doing this and I have yet to have left overs to take home. Thats why this year I left 15 pounds in my freezer...
