Ok i have the rytek kutas for sausage making but if you could recomend 1 book for the beginner for BBQ what would it be????????? Karl

I am sure this might ruffle some feathers but Rytek's book is good as a text book. In my personal opinion his recipes are bland and mostly tasteless. For the beginning sausage maker I would recommend Ruhlman and Polcyn's book Charcuterie. To further understand the concepts behind curing and sausage making I would recommend Rytek's book but also the Marianski's books.
