Smoking a few boneless chicken breast--for chicken salad, and mac and cheese.

Looks good.  Let us know how they turn out.  I've never smoked chicken breast before.  But I am grilling some tonight

Makes great chicken salad, even if they dry out a little bit....just add a little more mayo and lemon. I will shoot a pic when it comes out.

Could wrap in bacon for moisture. That is what I do.
