How long did you amokenit for and at what temp? I’ve been working on turkey and getting closer but not quite perfected. Let me know. Thanks!

I took the skin off & smoked it at 235 - 240 for about 4hrs...until the probe read 160. No brine since it was a butterball & already injected. Put the rub on & let it sit for about 45 minute then into the smoker.
 
Looks really good, Going to make some great sammies with that.... Good Job....
I just pulled mine out of brine and put in the fridge to dry, Going on the smoker tomorrow.
 
I forgot about Bone in breasts. I did one and it turned out great.

Yours looks great.

Now I need to get one.
