I'm not a strip guy , but those look fantastic . Is it raining in Texas ? Looks like you did those on the Weber .

Howdy Chop. Yup I’d have a ribeye over a NY any day. But the ribeyes were picked over . These were the best of the bunch I could find.
No rain yesterday. Was in Florida all last week . Yup.. use my GWK to grill these thanks for the nice words. B
