I got a sweet deal at Kroger on some bone-in country style pork ribs. I paid $.89 a pound for them. I rubbed them with Lawry's seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, and turbinado sugar. Then onto the UDS over charcoal and hickory for 2 hours then 1 hour foiled, put some sauce on them and let them firm up for about 15 minutes. I served them up with Dutch's wicked beans, Mac & Cheese, and whomp biscuits with apple butter.

Here is the money shot.



They were pretty tasty.

LOL, you know, the biscuits that come in the container that you whomp on the counter to open.
 
Now those are some good looking ribs there and we to use those whomp biscuits alot here. How's that now there in green
 
I love CSRs. I pick them up at kroger all the time. i always do a 3-2-1 with them and they turn out awesome.
