Our CSA had a bunch of great okra in the bag. I milled up a bunch of blue corn into cornmeal and deep fried it. We eat it like popcorn.

at My old job we had a food truck that came about every payday. They had fried okra. And you could get it with different seasoning in the batter. Came with a side of ranch. And yes, I did eat on it like popcorn also.
