Just ordered this Bloody  Mary Snack stick from PS Seasonings I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this mix before and what they thought of it. I should have it by next weekend I hope and will make some up in 21MM and let you all know.

Thanks Steve

Hmmmm... that sounds real interesting.

I had to take a look at the ingredients.

764-C Bloody Mary Snack Stick Seasoning.
This Bloody Mary Flavored Snack Stick Seasoning is straight from a mixologists dream to your smoker. For 12 1/2lbs of meat.

Salt, spices, worcestershire sauce powder (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic, powder, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavor) green bell pepper, dextrose, onion, tomato powder, less than 1% soy bean oil added.

Might try a scratch batch sometime....

These turned out great let them sit a week or so and I could really taste the Worcester in them and the celery, I would put more celery salt in them next time, every one that tried them said they did get a bloody mary taste of it, no one tried them that has never had a bloody mary or does not drink so?? if you have had a bloody mary you will get the taste.
