As promised, doing 2 racks of St. Louis style spare ribs with the Blackberry wine this time. I have a friend and his wife coming over for dinner about 5 pm.

Wood: Hickory
Rub: Modified Memphis Dust
Sauce: Rib Rack BBQ sauce with Arrington Vineyards Blackberry wine. This time I heated it up on the stove and stirred it in and let it thicken up a little bit.

The ribs went on the smoker at 13:10 MST.

I think I like the pop of the raspberry wine better. These were good but they didn't have that pop to them. But they were juicy, tender and were readily scarfed down without adieu.

270° F for 4 hrs 17 mins. Like clockwork.
