Our Granddaughter in-law made this for supper tonight. I have to say it was Fantastic !! Probably some of the best I've ever had.

Probably a lot of you don't have a clue what this is. It's a Typical Mexican dish. usually made with Goat (Cabrito) This was made with a Chuckie. Cooked for several hours with stew bones , veggies and a ton of spices. The Chuckie is pulled and used for the tacos and some back in the liquid (Soup)
There are 3 kinds of Chilies, garlic, onions , carrots and a bunch of other stuff.
You can dip your tacos in the soup and eat the soup. Tons of flavors.
