With all of life getting in the way, finally able to give my home built smoker its maiden start up.still need to get flashing cap for my roof from work, cut some pipe for my racks, and cut up some expanded metal for jerky trays.but a big win that she is smoking and holding constant.plan to let her season for 8-12 hrs.try and burn the glue out of the plywood and whatnot.have ply wood doors as of now,but will pretty her up once I see how she will act once it heats up for clearances

So decided to throw a few
Things in the smokehouse today, little bit to warm to hit the woods and go hunting.made 5 lbs of bbq beef sticks,5lbs of Cajun,5lbs of original.made a breakfast fatty, stuffed with Colby jack, hash browns, eggs, then cheddar.also popped a butt in with it.finishing it off In the oven as I type as its on its 13th hour cooking.pulled it out the smoke house at 165 and foiled it and apple
Juice.with a few pics .not to sure if I uploaded it rite.have one up once the butt is finished
