Well I ordered my BSK convection gril this weekend, should have it by Wednesday. Really looking forward to olaying with it.

Thanks. I've read alot about this smoker and how versitile it is. I also wanted this style (kamado/tandori) cooker but not all the potential pitfalls with ceramic.
