Everything went great today :sausage:. Saw folks going back for seconds and thirds. Wings were a big hit which was funny because I didn't like them lol, it started raining and I couldn't crisp up the skin as much as I like. The PP with Chef JJ' finishing sauce was very popular and the turkey came out nice and juicy. Lots of compliments and full bellies.

Its hard to complain about the food you are eating when its been smoked. Everything looks good. Even the chicken. The worst critic is always the cook. Go figure. I should know. So on a 1-5 - what would you rate your chicken? Compare that to your guests. The cook is always hardest on themselves.

Thanks buddy and I think you're right, the cook is always his toughest critic. I would've given the wings a 3 because of the skin but I had people tell me they were some of the best wings they ever had so that was cool.

Super great job!!! Everything looks delicious. Glad it turned out well and your guests were happy and full!!

Points for a job well done!!
Thanks for the point sauced! I don't mind saying I was pretty nervous, this was the first time anybody had ever asked me to cook for them but everyone seemed happy with the results.

Great results!  I really like the way the turkey looks!  I never think of smoking a turkey breast, but I need to start.

Yes Mike, try smoked turkey, it is better than chicken
Amen brother. I injected them with applewood smoke marinade, put some compound butter under the skin and some olive oil and Montreal chicken spice on the outside.
