Smoke Blower
it was my stepson's confirmation party. kind of a big deal around these parts. the service was at 5 PM and it got out just in time for supper. oh boy.
i did 3 pounds of bacon wrapped smoked (of course) meatballs. they lasted all of 25 minutes before they were wiped out. next time, i will do 6 pounds. either that or only invite skinny people.
i also did 6 pounds of chicken wing pieces in the new electric. it worked great. they did not dry out to shoe leather this time.
and 4 racks of ribs. i use my 'Asian black sauce' on them once i get them cut down and on the grill.
my Asian black sauce gives them a nice look. and its right tasty too.
i dont have any pics of the tables after they were set, i ran out of batteries. we have about 1 ziplock bag of ribs and 1 bag of chicken wings left over this morning. 2 hours in church must make you hungry or something.
