I purchased a Big Horn XL 1093 about 6 months ago. I got it used and the digital control board may be on its way out. I can't find a replacement. Any ideas anyone?

folks say a rec tec ,most will wire up to any of them, somebody will be along shortly that has some knowledge worth something.

What makes you think it's on it's way out? It's electronic so is apt to either work or not. Electronics has no moving parts so there is nothing to wear out unless it's a switch or something more mechanical which can and do wear out.

On my big Horn digital control board there is a knob for smoke.
The knob for smoke works but if u hit it or touch it lightly, the smoke number jumps all over the place. Big Horn outdoor life where the smoker was bought said the digital boards are on back order and have been for a while. All the other replacement boards don't have the smoke knob

Then it's the switch behind the knob. You can likely clean the switch and restore normal operation. Squirt it with some electronic contact cleaner as you rotate the switch a few times and that should do it.

Thank You!!
I'll give it a shot
I hope you understood that yore supposed to squirt the cleaner on the switch itself that's on the backside of the panel.
Understood!!!

It's aggravating when ya buy a smoker from a reputable dealer and when parts fail they can't even get ya the parts to fix it.

I did understand about the contact cleaner. Don't know if u got that. I just joined last night and I'm still having trouble getting around this site

I'm a bit late but for anyone in the future I installed this Ortech in my bighorn in 2018 and it works better than the factory controller the only thing is you lose the hopper lid switch.
