Would still like to know if the rechargeable vacuum trial ever went out to members? Would be interested in it for camp, but would prefer member reviews on what they thought of it.

I watched the only video with this liquid seal mode that said perfect for marinades as they vac sealed what looked like dried off pickles. I have a couple of canisters I never use that would be my go to for liquids if I marinaded. We all know if we are going to store liquids to put them in an open vac bag in the freezer standing up in a bowl and vac seal after it's frozen. If you sensationalize a feature in this case liquid seal mode, then show it to us. Sounds like a mess unless you're holding up the bag vertically by the sealer as it's working and hit the instant seal button if you're fast enough when the liquid sprints up towards the seal like the double sealer infomercial. I don't want to clean up this machine every use from bags of liquid lying flat and it seems like it would be good to keep as much liquid out of the channel as possible.
