Love my wired Inkbird Inkbird . Not so sure about my wireless INT-11P-B. (not assured of the dual temp mode accuracy)
I really only need wireless when doing rotisserie on my Napoleon gasser, which is basically Christmas for Rib roast.
Who is going to be the Guinea pig and buy and try to do a review?
Thanks for the info though.

. i guess these are all right to use over a hot grill when grilling?
Most of them are rated for around 500 degrees direct . I don't have this one , but have a Thermo spike and a Air probe 2 . Both rated for 525 degrees direct heat .
The Thermo spike is really nice indirect or in a smoker .

No, no, no! I do not need that!

But I'm sure it would be really nice and at a great price.

I currently have the wireless int-11p-b. I use it on rotisserie. Have to fully charge prior to every use. 75% of the time it works well. 25% doesn't work and saying Offline. I may be interested in this setup above if you can tell me if it will be more reliable than what I have now.
