Hello to everyone at SMF.  I have enjoyed looking at everyone's projects and Good Eats!  I found this site while looking for Ideas on building smokers.  I have always enjoyed make a better mouse trap.........or pork trap in this case.  Again thank you for all the great information. I look forward to being apart of the SMF community.
