Big beef ribs

Can't find big dinasour size beef ribs anywhere local to central oh. This is what I'm looking for.

I haven't seen them that big! What you want to ask for is untrimmed beef back ribs. To get them that big though you probably need to find someone that raises Bison!

I saw them at AJ's Fine Foods in Chandler, AZ last week. They were about 3 lbs each. $25.00 per pound, that's about $75.00 each. Hope you're not having a lot of people over. They may ship, I just don't know.
