Best smoking wood

    What kind of wood? Chips or chunks? Fresh cut or dry?

    That depends on what kind of cooker you have and what foods you are cooking.

    In other words need more information from you before we can offer more than our personal preferences.

    Propane. Meat I would be smoking is venison and beef chicken.
