Thanks Ryan. Let me know how the potatoes come out. What makes them hold in the heat? Gotta have something to do with the specific ingredients. It's the same whether we use Aluminum pan, pyrex, etc. Thanks for the like, very appreciated/Looks amazing Mike! Love the thick slices! And those potatoes look delicious! Showed it to my wife and we will definitely be trying them. It kinda reminds me of her grandma's potatoes, a little different but it took her 2 or 3 years of trying until she nailed it. And definitely know what you mean of them holding in the heat!
