Hey guys, just started using my new UDS and want to cook a brisket. I have been looking around and pricing things out and the best price I have found is a WinCo @ $2.88/lb however the grade is USDA Select or higher. Costco sells Choice Flats for $5.39/lb and Prime Packers for $3.49/lb. Anyone around SLC have a favorite place to pick up good quality brisket at a good price?
