pretty much any cold beer is a good beer to me.

My regulars:
-Miller High Life
-New Glarus Spotted Cow
-Bud
-Any Three Floyds Beer
-PBR

of course any of the above are paired with a few rocks glasses of good tequila.

Not much of a beer fan but when I am feeling it, Red Oak is my favorite distantly followed by Yuengling. Red Oak is a local brewery and it used to be that you could only buy it by the keg. They just recently started bottling it. http://www.redoakbrewery.com/home.php

Around the smoker it is usually bourbon/whiskey and ginger ale for me. Usually something cheap like Beam or ****el but if I am smoking something for somebody else they are required to provide Makers Mark or Knob Creek.

I used to drink Molsons 50 ale, it came in quart bottles. But the crap they call 50 ale out here in BC is not the same stuff and they have in Ontario. When I moved back here that was one of the huge disapointments I encountered.

Now I sip Harveys Briston Cream Sherry during long smokes. I love pina coladas too.

Got right blitzed at last fall's all night virtual smoke on Orange brandy and apple juice spritzer. Emptied the whole squirt bottle before it ever saw the meat, had to mix up more. You need to test the mop don't ya??

Now every time I do an all nighter it has become a kind of tradition to squirt most of it in my mouth and the hell with the meat.

Sam Adam's is rapidly becoming my go to beer. They are still American owned, and when there was a shortage of hops a few years back, Sam Adams determined how much surplus they had, then made it available via lottery (at fair market value) to craft breweries. Shouldn't pick a beer on semi political reasons, but that spoke volumes to me. The beer is damn good too. Used to have an allegience to Bud, I had a college scholarship from Anhueser Busch, but since they sold to InBev I don't feel that way.

BBQ Engineer, you are made of win. TD is one of my favorites, unfortunately not distributed around here. I am just lucky that there is one cajun restaurant near me that imports their own and keeps it on tap.

In my fridge currently:

4 Hale's Ales Mongoose IPA. Local Seattle brewery, good IPA, a little on the malty side tho.. too much residual sweetness.
2 Pyramid Curveball IPA. Also local, much drier IPA. A regular vistor to my house.
2 Henry Weinhard's blonde lager. Good ol Hank's... also a regular.
3 Shiner Bock. God bless Texas cause those ol boys have been keeping local craft beer alive for a hundred years.
3 Deschutes Obsidan Porter.. From Bend, OR, aka the middle of nowhere. Excellent stuff, I don't take it home as often as I should.
1 each of Alaskan Winter Ale, Alaskan Stout, and Widmer Brrr! Winter ale. Part of a mixed seasonal 6 - pack I picked up. Haven't tried these yet.
