And I cooked them!
At my relatives house, I was asked to bring my smoker.
With an MES 30 that is still new to me, I did 3 racks of baby backs.
Rubbed liberally with mustard and Jeff's rub, smoked them for over 4 hours at 250. No foiling or any of that. I've been impressed with the MES, in that everything stays moist. I did use the water pan.
Smoked with oak chips. Right now I'm really liking oak, it seems to have a complex flavor without overpowering.
Used the TGI Friday's Jack Daniels glaze that I posted up already.
I'm STILL getting compliments on it. I'm usually critical of my own cooking but these are incredible. I took pics with my iPhone but I will have to post the pics once I get home. No easy way to get photos from phone to forum...
 
Nice looking ribs. Albeit they were good........
