Berbere Beef Short Ribs

I signed up for an account just to comment on how delicious the ribs look and sound :D  I got some short ribs a while ago and not sure what to do with them so they went into the freezer but now I do!

We try to go to Penticton once a year but may not make it this year as we just booked a holiday to Europe in Oct (around the time when we would go to Pentiction.

Great stuff! I love a good spice mix! Beef rib cut that way is turning up here.
Pity the big stores pre marinate stuff.I have to dig around to get plain.
