Usually sell out good deals early in the sale period, but our local Aldi has this week for 2.99

Hoping still there tomorrow, and hoping skin/rind-on

Scored one thick slab and one thin.

The thick one should make a decent slab of bacon, and probably do burnt ends with the thin one.

Thanks for the heads up! Stopped by Aldi on my way to work and they had a pile of them at that price. Most of them looked pretty dang good. Gonna try some burnt ends for the first time this weekend and cure 2 or 3 of them for something in the future.
