BELATED VALENTINES DINNER .....

well i did a nice dinner for my BRIDE ... as i love to cook and thats what got me addicted to smoking and sausage making. its just another form of cooking

i did use some of my bacon and smoked cheese but my stuff was not the main course..

twice baked spuds i grow myself and topped with aged smoked cheddar
green onions and sour cream in the mix....

Lobster tails were on sale so why be stingy ...  LOL
ready to hit the oven. made some nice garlic butter to go with it and also fresh asparagus
I COULD HEAR MY ARTERIES HARDENING AS I FINISHED OFF MY PLATE ...  HA HA HA

i live on the west coast of northern BC so lobster is a treat . we have alot of shrimp, prawns and crabs ... but that aint lobster !!
