done, real good but rich. Wife loved it, hasn't had it since g ma passed 3yrs ago. She says happy wife, husband happy smoker.

Ya. I did some looking around and it is a recipe from the Rackhouse Pub in Denver. I found the news paper article it came from. Type in your search engine Beer baked mac n cheese. Should see it. I tweaked it for our liking. If you don't find it let me know. I will post it tomorrow here.
