I was stationed in San Antonio.Do you really drink that Lone Star swill?That stuff makes Oly taste good!
 
Its in the mix. Yes i like the LS way better than Oly and coors.

I let it in the fridge overnight. I do that when i gots no time for stuffin/smokin same day
 
These chubs are done. Cooled now but going to leave hang overnight.

Texture and taste is right on, just didnt turn out (grind) like i was wanting.
