going with a double beer can chickens tomorrow - what’s the best temp to go with, crispy skin preferred.
 
I would say around 275-
325, you can always pull it a little early and crank your oven up to 325-350 to crisp it up
 
Try a light dusting of baking powder on that skin. Like others said keep the temp nice and high
 
Yup, definitely better at the 350-375º range. While my smoker can easily get to that range I've since changed my approach to whole chicken (with or w/out the can). See below in sig...
