Here ya go duck, I've used this one many a times and it is really good and fluffy like a beer batter should be. I've used different types of beers to achieve different flavors. I'll use a dark stout for fish, a pale ale for onion rings, and deep fried asparagus. For ABT's I think something like Guiness would be awesome with the peppers. Do take some Qview!
I use a flour and bread crumb mixture with some Miller beer the regular kind not he less this more that ones. Then just mix it to about a thick pancake batter and it should be fine. Thebread crumbs will let it brown in about the same time as the food gets done.
