Mounted the SFB on my chargriller duo a month ago and smoked 3 racks of ribs that I thought were near perfect.  Probably beginners luck but now I'm hooked.  hanging out here learning as much as I can.

Man what a wonderful site for smokers. Others will show up and help with your assimulation but let me tell you about the people, the search engine, the guru's, the forums, and that everyone here really wants to help your smoke or inspire you to greater heights. Its amazing.

Make sure if possible you take pictures, it makes life easier around here. Besides when you brag around here we all apprecaite it because we all understand.

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums.
