Beef tongue and heart

Anyone out there smoke beef tongue and heart?  I just picked up half a cow and they gave me the tongue and heart.  I assume the heart would work well on the smoker due to all the connective tissues, so why not give it a shot.   If anyone has smoked these before any information would be met with a HEART-felt thank you.
