Looks like you managed to get a smoke ring! How did that happen? OK looks like used charcoal. I was thinking electric.
 
I used my weber gas grill with my amazn smoke tube with some pecan/oak pellets and let it go until IT hit about 197 and was probe tender.
 
I've cooked a lot of shiners that are great. Never cooked a rib like that. Looks so good!
