Had some beef back ribs gifted to me by @tx smoker for our Christmas exchange a while back. Thanks for that Robert!

2 racks rubbed up with Roberts beef rub and on the smoker at 250 using Kingsford 100% hickory pellets

I sprayed them down with Guinness ever so often and at around the 4hr mark hot them with another shake of rub

No plate shot but had tater salad, slaw and beans. These were fire. Super meaty, tender and juicy. Clean bones when finished. Took some to a friend and they went nuts over them. Thanks for looking!

Those look fantastic, Jake! I'd almost drive all the way to Tennessee for a plate of those.

Lol thanks Doug. You ain't far, come on down!
You're welcome. From what I remember, you're closer to western ky than to central ky where I'm at. Knoxville is the closest part of Tennessee to me, and that's still a 2~21/2 hour drive.

Look great, never had beef ribs besides plates - on the to do list .

Good grief Jake, that’s one fantastic cook plus the Piedmontese beef! Good grief, I’d be over every week just to see what’s up if you were close. Fantastic cook my friend, yes sir…..

Ribs look good. What smoker did you use? You said pellets so I assume a pellet smoker? I am looking hard at pellet smokers.

wow Jake , great looking ribs. Have not done big beef ribs yet. Just short ribs

But what really makes me ( pissed ) is you said 80 deg. and beautiful ,
it's 11:00 pm here and 2 deg. Celsius, 35 F in your numbers
and flurries...
Just saying, ha ha . I know it will be nice here soon

David

Jake, those ribs look off the chart. It's been too long for me so time to change that...

Man those are beautiful. I got some in the freezer that has got to find their way onto the smoker.
