Them there are some mighty fine ribs flatbroke! Kinda makes me look like a novice beef rib smoker in comparison. Glad I have family and friends that work in meat shops that are able to get me meaty short plates at a good price. Congrats on making the Carousel!

I grew up in Fort Worth, and there is a place called Riscky's that had all you can eat beef ribs. Not sure if they still do that. I ate more than my share back in the day, but I don't remember that they ever looked this good. Wow.

Holy crap, those look heavenly!!!
I sure wish we could find those out here in Cali./ the butt hole of the USA.

Just need to know where to go. Can get them at my local store in Berkeley whenever I want. Definitely not living in any butthole here.
