Any excuse for a cook! Wife says there's too much in the freezer, works for me! Beef ribs cleaned, coated with Worcestershire and my own rub, and placed on the fire. 'After' pictures when the come off!

I am using the ol' 1966 CharBroil. Gonna rebuild it for the third time if I can keep from using it!

Inside the CharBroil - 19" x 33" of cast iron goodness. Oh yeah, ribs too in indirect TBS.

Once again, most know I always suggest marinading beef in Mojo Crillio. Give it a try sometime. I even added rub on the beefies after the Mojo. keep up the QView, love those Beefies.

Thanks! One day if I ever get smart, I'll figure out how to do the thumbnail thing and not take up so much real estate in here.

Looks like a great start. Looking forward to the results.
