Any excuse for a cook! Wife says there's too much in the freezer, works for me! Beef ribs cleaned, coated with Worcestershire and my own rub, and placed on the fire. 'After' pictures when the come off! I am using the ol' 1966 CharBroil. Gonna rebuild it for the third time if I can keep from using it! Inside the CharBroil - 19" x 33" of cast iron goodness. Oh yeah, ribs too in indirect TBS. I can't wait for dinner!
