Those ribs look great ! , I recently had beef ribs for the first time at Jackstack here in KC. They are really meaty and good. Im on a mission now to find a good rack and throw'em in my smoker.

Doc says I'm supposed to be on a diet. You guys are killin me. Those ribs look so good, i wonder how many calories if I just lick the computer screen.
