Accuracy is important

plate ribs are very different from the ribs from the chuck

I'm not sure why you'd be upset about the title being corrected, especially when your supplier even told you they were not plate ribs

Yeah, there was another thread 4-5 days ago regarding beef back ribs, but the only implied description was "dino" ribs or just "beef ribs." The phrase "back ribs" was never mentioned anywhere in the thread. I was genuinely confused until descriptive photos were posted at the bottom the 2nd page.

Me either! Put beef ribs on my plate and they Suddenly become plate ribs! Or wait...maybe they just become Mine !

Costco has plate ribs, 4 bones with 2 sections per pack. I was so tempted but I can't eat much without problems, so I didn't. I sit here wishing I had just so I could cook them. Sure bet I could find someone who would eat them. Maybe I go back tomorrow.
