Beef Middles (60/65) Capacity

I've been searching the web to figure out about how much meat can fit in 1 foot of beef middles. I've never used them, and I'm planning on using them this weekend, but I don't want to pull out too many.

 better to have to much instead of not enough. You can resalt the leftovers. Do the directions not say?

Yeah they don't mention anything about a per foot capacity. They only reference the length of casings. I'd posted on another forum the same question and was told it's 1.5-2 lbs per foot based on how tight it's stuffed. 

Now the question is answered
