Beef jerky with out nitrates

Does anyone have a recipe for beef jerky that doesn't use nitrates or cures

There's plenty out there, most dehydrators come with recipes that don't require cure or nitrates. If you're looking to smoke your jerky you really should use a cure of some sorts.
