Got 2 chuck roasts and some short ribs. Open to suggestions on best way to prepare on the Bradley smoker.
 
Good call. I think I’ll do one for burnt ends and one for “bbq beef” or pulled beef or whatever you want to call it. Smoker is warming up now...
