I was rummaging through Freezer and found some Beef Ribs I had saved from a Prime Rib and a package of Beef Ribs that I had lucked up and found at the store (These actually had meat on them) so I pulled them out and put the in the fridge for a couple of days the thaw out.
COOK DAY: I really didn't want to fire up my smoker for just a few Ribs and I had nothing else I could smoke with it, So Plan "B"
I fired up my grill, got it steady at 225, got me some Hickory chips and I was ready to go.
All the ribs (7) were pretty meaty and looked good. I gave them a good coating of Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder and on the grill.
Dumped a hand full of Hickory Chips on the other end and like Magic in a few minuets that beautiful aroma was pouring out.
I let the go for about 4 hours, turning them every once in a while and adding more chips.
They were done at 4 hours, but I was waiting on my Wife to get home so I foiled them and in the oven on warm.
She made some good ole fried taters with onions and that was enough.
Ribs all done ( they look darker in the pic than they actually were)
Ribs and Taters
Just Taters
My Plate
Thank for Looking
